Terms and Conditions

When you book a cleaning with Aya Cleaning Solutions, you agree to our following Terms and Conditions.

Guarantee of Service:

The housekeeper possesses the qualification, ability and experience to perform all services booked by a client. In the event client communicates a complaint regarding of the service performed by housekeeper, client must notify Aya Cleaning Solutions no later than 24 hours after the work is completed, and needs to provide pictures of the areas where service was not performed properly. Aya Cleaning Solutions will assign a housekeeper to return to the property within 48 hours after claim was opened. Housekeeper will always request client to double check work performed after service is completed. Client must check everything before housekeeper leaves their house, and client is free to ask housekeeper to redo anything that was not properly done. In the event of client is no present at the end of the service, housekeeper may take photos of the areas where they cleaned to have a proof that the work was properly done.

Guarantee of service will not apply if:

  • Clients confirmed that the work was properly done at the end the cleaning.

  • Your claim was reported any time past the 24 hours.

  • Your home is under construction/remodeling  at the time of the cleaning service

  • You did not have electricity or water available during the time of cleaning service.


Payment is due at the time service is completed. The client will be required to add his payment information in our website or provide it verbally to our customer service agent while setting up your appointment on the phone. The client shall pay Aya Cleaning Solutions $35 fee in the event client’s payment is returned by the institution on which it is drawn for any reason.

Purchases on this site:

While using our site, you agree that all charges are final after a service is completed. Cleanings are not guaranteed to complete the entire home depending on the packages selected and will not be liable for a refund if the cleaning wasn’t properly booked by client.

Upon arrival, the housekeeper(s) will verify if the information provided on this website matches your house size, service request and if it needs a deep or double deep cleaning. Your final price may change if the home conditions are not matched with  the information provided. 

If you ask the housekeeper to perform any task that you haven’t choose while booking your service, you agree to pay the extra service requested and it will be added to your bill after the service is complete.

In the event a client selects “weekly”, “biweekly” or “monthly” recurrence while booking first cleaning and for any reason needs to cancel second appointment, the discount applied on this purchase will be charged on his/her credit card. If the cancellation happens less than 24 hours prior the appointment there will be also a cancellation fee charged on top of this amount. (Read cancellation policy).


Failure to notify Aya Cleaning Solutions twenty-four (24) hours in advance of cancellation or reschedule of any requested service will result in a $50 cancellation fee.


Please provide parking information for your service provider when booking your cleaning. An appointment can be considered canceled and you may be charged the full amount if the service provider has to leave due to parking inconvenience. A parking fee will be charged if there is only public parking available.

Arriving Window:

Based on many factors, please give 1-2 hours window for our team get at your place. Services providers will try theirs best to arrive on time, but traffic, finding parking, finding new homes and bringing in equipments can slow down the process. If time need to be adjusted, our team will get in touch.

Lock-Out / No-Show

It’s responsibility of the customer to ensure access to the space. If the client is not available and no access for the space was provided, you may be charged the full cleaning price.

Direct Hiring Prohibited 

Our customers agree not to directly engage the services of any referred service provider, during the term of this Agreement and for a period of two (2) years after termination of the services without informing Aya Cleaning Solutions. Client agrees to pay Aya Cleaning Solutions $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars ) as a finder's fee.


Aya Cleaning Solutions is fully bonded and insured. Please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning service if any damage occurred during the service.


The safety of our customers is very important to us. We guarantee discretion and we do not share information with any third parties.

Independent Service Provider:

As we thrive to give our team a great place to work, our service providers are completely independent. They are not Aya Cleaning Solutions employees. Client acknowledges that they may have employer responsibilities depending upon the nature of the professional relationship established between the service provider and the customer, thus may be liable for payment of State and/or Federal Employment taxes incurred during and throughout the course of the engagement.  In addition, client acknowledges that Aya Cleaning Solutions shall not be liable, and client agrees to indemnify Aya Cleaning Solutions from and against any claims, losses, costs, fees, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising out of Client’s failure to pay any such taxes.


The customer reserves the right to replace or terminate our services for any reason.

Consent of Use Electronic Signature :

This Agreement may be executed by original, facsimile, and electronic signatures, each of which when affixed shall be deemed to be an original that is enforceable against the executing party.

Attorney's Fees :

Client agrees to pay all reasonable costs, including, but not limited to, attorney’s fees incurred by the Agency to enforce any provision in this Agreement

*Aya Cleaning Solutions is a referral agency  and it is not the employer of the domestic worker it referred to you. The domestic worker may be your employee or an independent contractor depending on the relationship you have with him or her. If you direct and control the manner and means by which the domestic worker performs his or her work you may have employer responsibilities, including employment taxes and workers’ compensation, under state and federal law. For additional information contact your local Employment Development Department and the Internal Revenue Service.
