Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

Clients can easily cancel their appointment without any fee no later than 24 hours prior his appointment by calling us at 949-516-4585 or e-mailing homecareaya@gmail.com

Failure to notify Aya Cleaning Solutions Twenty-four (24) hours in advance of cancelation of any requested service will result in a cancellation fee of the cost of 15% of the total cost of the scheduled cleaning. In case failure to notify Aya Cleaning Solutions happens Twelve (12) hours prior to the appointment time scheduled, client will be charged 30% of the total cost of the scheduled cleaning. In case failure to notify Aya Cleaning Solutions happens Six (6) hours prior to the appointment time scheduled, client will be charged 50% of the total cost of the scheduled cleaning.

Lock out or No-Show:

It’s the responsibility of client to ensure cleaning. If client is not available or the access arrangements have not been made and the housekeeper is unable to enter, there will be a charge of 50% of the cost of the scheduled cleaning.

Refunds:

Aya Cleaning Solutions do not process refunds of payment after the cleaning has been performed. However, we do offer our customers our guarantee of service.
